2017 – 2022: The Birth with Coworking DO IT BETTER In our early days, our activities were firmly rooted in the physical world. The project was launched under the name Coworking DO IT BETTER, involving the operation of a spacious premises of approximately 350 sq.m. to offer physical and shared workspaces. During these five foundational years, we welcomed and supported numerous business founders. This daily proximity allowed us to build a solid community and gain an inside understanding of the administrative, logistical, and legal hurdles faced by growing companies.

 

2022 – 2026: Digital Flexibility and the COWORK BETTER Era As the working world profoundly transformed with the rise of mobility, the need for a fixed office diminished. To best meet the new flexibility expectations of our clients, we made our first major pivot. We drastically reduced our commercial footprint and no longer offer workspace rentals. To reflect this change in direction, the project's name was updated to COWORK BETTER. We then focused on the most sought-after remote services: corporate domiciliation in Lausanne, digitized mail management, telephone line provision, and legal advice. This strategic step allowed us to leverage our previously acquired digital infrastructure to streamline the daily operations of our members.

 

From 2026: Exclusive Expertise in Local Directorship

Building on nearly a decade of experience, we identified the most critical and complex constraint for international or non-resident founders. Swiss legislation requires that any GmbH (Sàrl) or Ltd (SA) be validly represented by at least one managing director or board member with signatory rights who is domiciled in Switzerland.

 

To guarantee the highest level of expertise, compliance, and security for our clients, we decided to take a final decisive step. As of 2026, our company is exclusively dedicated to this single, specialized service: the mandate of a Local Director in Switzerland.
